I have finished the Grey Underskirt to my Padme Amidala - Fireside Corset gown from Ep II. Well the base of it - need to make a small petticoat to poof the train out more, but for the most part - It. Is. Done. Going to throw up some pictures of it, then get back to work on other bits :) Started on the poncho-thing for Padme's 'Tatooine Poncho' - also from Ep II, but havent got very far. Spent the majority of friday afternoon drafting a very rough pattern for it with my fashion-savvy friend Stephan, and cut out the first half of the back. It has been a busy week. Well, two weeks. For the last two weeks i've been volunteering as a stage hand at the Harlequin Theatre for their production of Witches of Eastwick, which has been mega mega fun!! Though tiring - not getting home till 11pm on most nights can do that to you. But not only that! Today I had a 50th birthday of a family friend to attend - a Sci-Fi character themed dress up! So it was a little stressful trying to make something during the day, then have theatre at night, especially with very limited sewing skills at my disposal :P However, over this week, I have succeeded, and made a rough draft of my very first Jedi Knigh

Today I realised that I SUCK at doing line art on photoshop. I tried to line art my sketches so my lovely Alexis could color them for me, but they turned out pretty crap. I need a tablet so I can make it look better. Or just...Dont try xD Hire someone to do it for me lulz.
